Also called cambozola, originated in Germany, it combines French triple cream and gorgonzola, to create its known flavorful taste. This triple cream brie is made from pasteurized cow’s milk, with blue and grey mould. The grey being the exterior, and the blue showing through veins within the cheese itself. The flavors are savory, nutty, and a hint of sweetness. Pairs well with fresh fruit, chardonnay, and honey.
