Brie de Melun

Soft, made from unpasteurized cow’s milk. Slightly salty. Pairs well with southern French Syrah, or red Burgundy, Chilean merlot. As well as lighter reds so as to not overpower the taste. It goes well with bread and pears. It takes longer to mature, and takes longer to produce. The flavor is also musky, fruity, and reminiscent of straw.
