Chevre Brie

Though it looks similar to traditional Brie, Chevre is made from raw goat’s milk, and is curdled with vegetarian rennet. The cheese has a more rich and distinct taster. It has a creamy texture, with savory and salty nodes, as well as a hint of lemon citrus and sweetness. Can be paired with light bodied red wine, champagne or a crisp white. As well as fruit, jams, honey, crackers, baguettes, and nuts.
